Field Service

D Tech Service has factory trained technicians, who provide, in conjunction with our local channel partners, on–site field service and preventive maintenance. Our technicians are on call 24 hours a day for our customers in our service geography — Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, metro NY, and Northern NJ.

After a customer’s system has been implemented, the service team, in conjunction with our local channel partners, can design in-house or on-site training sessions to teach their key people everything they need to know about the operation of their new system, how to use it, an well as maintenance and troubleshooting. Field services capabilities include:

• Service 24 hours/day, 7 day/week
• Start-up and repair services on AC and DC drives
• VFD Rental program
• Preventive maintenance contracts
• Factory and Field training

• Retrofit solutions for existing equipment
• On-site harmonic testing
